Welcome to TekCraft Roofing! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services Provided
TekCraft Roofing, LLC provides residential roofing consultations, inspections, estimates, repairs, and full roof replacements across Montana, including Boulder, Bozeman, Butte, Missoula, Helena, and Great Falls. All services are subject to availability and scope of work agreed upon in a signed customer contract.
2. Estimates and Project Scope
All estimates provided, whether generated through EagleView reports, in-person evaluations, or virtual consultations, are non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Final project scope, pricing, and timeline may vary based on material availability, property conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Scheduling and Completion
We strive to complete projects in a timely manner. However, TekCraft Roofing, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material supply issues, subcontractor availability, or other unforeseen events.
4. Payments
A deposit of 50% is due at contract signing unless otherwise agreed. Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Late payments may be subject to interest and/or collection fees.
5. Warranties
We offer a 10-Year Workmanship Warranty on all roofing installations. Manufacturer warranties are separate and subject to their terms. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@tekcraftroofing.com and are valid only if full payment has been received.
6. Use of Website
Visitors may use https://tekcraftroofing.com for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be copied, republished, or reused without written consent from TekCraft Roofing, LLC.
7. User Submissions
If you submit forms, reviews, photos, or any content through our website or ads, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content for marketing or service delivery purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TekCraft Roofing, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Venue for any legal proceedings shall be exclusively in Jefferson County, Montana.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
